This week we focus on breathing control. Coming at a total of 3400 yards this is one heck of a workout. So grab those googles, ready your lungs and jump in!

Total Distance: 3400 Yards
Focus: Consistency and control

200 yards warmup
– 100 EZ
– 100 kick

6×100 yards crawl 50, sprint 50, rest :15
between

6×200 yards pull alternating breathing
(50 left, 50 right, 50 ever 3, 50 every 5. Repeat)

6×200 yards alternating breathing
(50 left, 50 right, 50 ever 3, 50 every 5. Repeat)

200 yard cooldown
– 100 EZ
– 4×25 no breathers
