Core Circuit #1


This week we take on the core in a circuit style workout. Make sure to repeat this circuit twice!

1) Hip Extension and Abduction: L/R x 5
2) Side Lying Plank With Rotation L/R x 10
3) Superman: 10 Reps, Hold :02
4) Single Leg V Up: L/R x 10
5) Alligator Crawl: 5 reps per limb
6) Plank and & Contralateral Limb Raise: 10 Reps, rest :60, repeat
7) Kneeling Wood Chop: L/R x 5

*Repeat 2x
