Calf Foam Rolling 101

Today’s focus is on recovery, something we need to spend lots of time doing during peak training. Foam rolling the calves is easy and help loosen muscles if done properly.

Steps
Put the roller under a calf. Rest your other foot on the floor. Roll from the ankle to below the knee. Rotate the leg in, then out. Stack ankles to add pressure.
