Alright, here it is again. The Plank Challenge but we’ve decided the end results needs to be about 100 seconds longer making day 30 a total of 400 seconds. The challenge is simple, Plank! All you need to do is Plank and Plank for the number of seconds on the given day you are on. It’s that simple. If you don’t know what a Plank is make sure to check out the proper way here.
